Myymme tuotteita yrityksille ja täysi-ikäisille yksityishenkilöille. Tuotteiden hinnat sisältävät arvonlisäveron 25,5 %. Pidätämme oikeuden hintojen ja toimituskulujen muutoksiin.
We sell products to companies and adults. Product prices include 25.5% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
Tilaaminen / Ordering
Tuotteet tilataan verkkokaupassa siirtämällä ne ostoskoriin ja tekemällä tilaus. Kaikki asiakastiedot käsitellään luottamuksellisesti. Tilauksen yhteydessä kysyttyjä yhteystietoja ei käytetä muuhun kuin tilauksen toimitukseen tai siinä ilmenevien epäselvyyksien selvittämiseen, ellei erikseen toisin mainita. Tilatessasi verkkokaupasta sinun edellytetään tutustuneen ja sitoutuneen kulloinkin voimassa oleviin toimitusehtoihin.
Products are ordered in the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and placing an order. All customer information is treated confidentially. Maksaminen ja maksutavat / Payment and terms
Maksupalveluna toimii ennakkomaksu tilisiirtona tai laskutuksella , jolloin tuote lähetään kun suoritus on saapunut meille. Paytrailia käytettäessä tuote lähtee teille yleensä samana tai seuraavana päivänä.Jos esiintyy ongelma maksun viemisessä loppuun, ottakaa yhteys sähköpostilla tai soittamalla.
The payment service is prepayment by bank transfer or invoice, in which case the product will be sent when the payment has reached us. When using Paytrail, the product will usually be sent to you the same or next day.

Jos sinulla on kysyttävää, ota heti yhteys asiakaspalveluumme. Säästä tilausvahvistus mikäli joudut ottamaan yhteyttä asiakaspalveluun. Toimitustavat ja-kulut / Shipping and costs
Toimituskulut sisältävät toimitus- ja pakkauskulut Suomessa olevaan Postin tai Matkahuollon noutopisteen lokeroon. Jos haluatte toimituksen omaan osoitteeseen, ilmoittakaa siitä erikseen sähköpostilla tai puhelimitse.
Delivery costs include delivery and packaging costs to a Posti or Matkahuolto pick-up point in Finland. If you would like delivery to your own address, please notify us separately by email or phone.
Toimitusaika / Delivery time
Yleisimmin lähetämme tuotteen samana tai viimeistään seuraavana päivänä tehdystä tilauksesta.
Emme vastaa ylivoimaisen esteen aiheuttamista viivästymisistä tai viivästysten aiheuttamista välillisistä haitoista. Verkkokauppa tiedottaa sivuillaan poikkeavista toimitusajoista.
We usually ship the product on the same day or the next day at the latest after the order is placed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force major or indirect disadvantages caused by delays. The online store informs about any unusual delivery times on its website.
Palautusehdot / Return policy
Mikäli tuote osoittautuu sopimattomaksi on ostajalla oikeus palautukseen mikäli tuote on pysynyt virheettömänä.Tarkastettuamme tuotteen kunnon, palautamme ostohinnan vähennettynä toimituskuluilla ostajalle, mikäli tuote on alkuperäisessä kunnossa.
If the product proves unsuitable, the buyer has the right to a refund if the product has remained faultless. After checking the condition of the product, we will refund the purchase price, minus shipping costs, to the buyer if the product is in its original condition.
Lunastamaton paketti / Unclaimed package
Lunastamatta jättäminen ei ole sama asia kuin palautus tai peruutus. Lunastamatta jätetystä paketista, josta ei ole tehty erillistä peruutusilmoitusta, perimme toimituskustannukset.
Unclaimed packages are not the same as returned or cancelled. We will charge you for delivery costs for packages that are not claimed and for which no separate cancellation notice has been made.
Ongelmatilanteet / Problem situation
Mikäli tuote on kadonnut tai vioittunut kuljetuksen aikana tai se ei muuten vastaa tilaustasi, tulee sinun ilmoittaa virheestä viimeistään 7 päivän kuluessa kirjallisesti Peruutusoikeus ja palautusehdot -kohdassa mainittuun osoitteeseen tai soittamalla yhteystiedoissa mainittuun puhelinnumeroon. Jos paketti on selvästi vaurioitunut kuljetuksessa, teidän täytyy tehdä välittömästi asiasta reklamaatio valitsemanne toimitustavan kuljetusyhtiölle.
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must report the error in writing within 7 days at the latest to the address mentioned in the Right of cancellation and return conditions section or by calling the telephone number mentioned in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged in transport, you must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company you have chosen.
